What's the cutoff for same-day shipping?
Standard / 2-Day: 4pm EST. Overnight: 2pm EST. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. Warehouse is closed Sundays + federal holidays.
How fast will I see tracking?
Tracking number drops in your inbox within 30 minutes of dispatch. UPS, FedEx, or USPS based on size + zone.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Photograph it before opening, email pics + order number to support@apexperformance.example within 48 hours. Replacement ships same day, no waiting on a claim. We eat the carrier dispute.
How do returns work?
30 days from delivery for new, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Free return shipping for fitment errors on our side; flat $9.95 prepaid label for change-of-mind. Refund within 48 hours of warehouse receipt.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Small packages (under $99 / under 1 lb) ship via USPS to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street address for UPS/FedEx ground.
Will I owe duties on international orders?
No. DHL Express ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties + taxes are calculated at checkout and remitted by us — no surprise bill at the door.
